My impressions from watching this game are: Tim Lelito handled his assignments very well including Gerald McCoy; Tim Hightower runs well and decisively; C J Spiller looks slower and less decisive; the young defensive line is working well together and bringing pressure; CaJordan is a superstar; Gwacham and Kikaha continue to impress; Stephone Anthony will be a superstar; Andrus Peat is steadily improving; our running scheme is getting better except for a few mental blocking derps; Brees is playing at a high level and is getting more time; our secondary and front defensive line work and communicate better with Dannell Ellerbe on the field; Delvin Breaux is a beast; Browner pretty much kept up with Seferian-Jenkins; Ben Watson is an ageless wonder; Willie Snead is sneaky good; and Brandon Coleman will be a good player. Colston may seem like an old man but he is two years younger than Watson and never fails to impress.

Sneaky Snead

Sneaky Snead

It will be a shame to see the team’s progress end with the regular season. They seem to be peaking and gelling at the correct time.  With the success and confidence these young players will gain, the Saints are building something special.
