Saints Plan Visit With University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Pass Rusher

Davis Tull set single-season UTC sack record with 12.5 and was fourth in the nation with 19 tackles for loss.  He has been compared to Dan Skuta.  Has relentless pursuit and “works as hard from snap to snap as any defensive lineman in this draft.”  Has power and toughness.  At his pro day, he rans a 4.57 which would’ve tied him for fifth best among all linebackers at the combine and led one scout to turn to another and say, “I’ve seen enough. He can move.”  However, has short arms which can limit him against players with longer arms.  Won with great hands and effort, but athletic NFL tackles could stymie those traits.  Sources:  CBS Draft Profile and NFL.com Draft Profile.
